BlackVue makes the dash cam systems we supply and fit as an Authorised Retailer and Installer, which means every unit is genuine and covered by the manufacturer warranty. We fit the Elite 8 in 2K and the Elite 10 in 4K, either front only or front and rear.
It is the cheapest insurance against being blamed for something you did not do. Front and rear starts at $1,045 installed for the Elite 8 and $1,345 for the Elite 10, both with a 3 year warranty. Front only starts at $795. The value shows up once, and when it does it settles the argument.

Yes. With parking mode enabled, your dash cam can monitor your vehicle while parked and record motion or impact events depending on your setup and power configuration.
Not when it is wired properly. Hardwiring is what makes parking mode possible, so the camera keeps watching while the car is parked rather than only when the engine is running, and the install is set up so it stops drawing power before your battery gets low enough to leave you stranded. That is one of the practical reasons a professional install beats a suction cup and a plug in the accessory socket. If you want parking mode set more or less conservatively for how you use the car, mention it when you book.
Yes. Every package includes a 64GB card, which holds roughly one to two days of footage before it loops. A 256GB upgrade is $189 and holds around four to six days. A 512GB is $319 for the longest window before footage is overwritten. Add the size when you book and we will fit it on the day.
Most installs take one to two hours. Everything is hardwired rather than run off the accessory socket, which is why there are no visible cables. If you are local we are happy to give you a lift to work or home while we take care of it.
